Exploration and investment company Mawson West Ltd has appointed current exploration director David Frances as managing director. Mr Frances joined the company as exploration manager in 2005 and was appointed a director in November 2005. Mr Frances has 15 years’ experience in multi-commodity exploration, project evaluation, project finance, development and mining in Australia, China, North America, Canada, Africa, and New Zealand.
