Baltinas Made has unveiled plans for a new $26 million luxury apartment project on Mount Street, in close proximity to its recently completed Halo apartments.

The 19-dwelling development, known as Camilla, was recently approved by the City of Perth development assessment panel, with the design a collaboration between Baltinas Architects and Cameron Chisholm Nicol.

Baltinas Made founder Barry Baltinas said he was excited to create another development in a premium part of Perth.

“As a development, Camilla reflects all that Mount Street is – it’s elegant, feminine, sophisticated, bright and full of natural sunlight and fresh air,” Mr Baltinas said.

The development will include winter garden balconies, that can be fully enclosed and is targeted at owner occupiers.

An added feature for the penthouses will be personal swimming pools and barbecue and bar areas for entertaining.

The project will be built next to Baltinas’ the distinctive Halo building, which comprises two penthouses and 21 apartments and was completed earlier this year.

Construction is expected to begin in May next year.
