Leading engineering services company, Neptune Marine Services (ASX: NMS) today announced it had secured an integrated subsea services project for leading international energy company, Apache Energy and its JV partners.

The scope of works include project management, engineering, fabrication, and installation services for Apache's offshore production assets at the Bambra East field, located offshore, north of Western Australia.

The integrated project demonstrates that Neptune's end-to-end Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IRM), and engineering procurement installation and construction (EPIC) services model continues to gain visibility in the domestic oil and gas sector, and Neptune is increasingly becoming a partner of choice for some of the leading oil and gas producers.

Neptune's Managing Director, Christian Lange, said that the project scope was well suited to Neptune's integrated serviced model. "We are delighted to extend our partnership with Apache. Neptune is currently working on several other engineering and diving projects with Apache and has an excellent ongoing working relationship.

"After several recent international project wins, most notably in the Gulf of Mexico region, it is encouraging to see demand for our integrated service model increasing amongst our domestic customers. Our objective is to expand this integrated service model into international markets, and this new project will strengthen our credentials.

"The fact that the project involves the delivery of fabrication, project management, engineering, and installation services demonstrates that our businesses are working well together to offer a seamless solution for our customers."
"We are seeing a healthy pipeline of bidding activity in both domestic and international markets and the fact that we are securing ongoing and increasingly complex project work with Apache is testament to the effectiveness of our integrated service delivery model," Mr. Lange said.
