NRW wins $270m worth of contracts

Mining services contractor NRW Holdings has bolstered its contract pipeline by $270 million after notching work on four mines in Queensland.
Jules Pemberton-led NRW, through its subsidiary Golding Contractors, locked in a $160 million variation to its mining services contract with Jellinbah Mining.
ASX-listed NRW signed the $160 million variation to its existing 5-year agreement for the work at the Jellinbah east mine in central Queensland.
The additional scope of work includes operating and maintaining a second 600 tonne excavator and 220 tonne rear dump truck fleet, commencing in April.
Another NRW subsidiary Action Drill & Blast was awarded three other contracts in Queensland.
Batchfire Resources contracted it for blast hole drilling services at the Callide mine worth $52 million over a five year period.
It also secured a 12-month extension to its supply deal with Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific for the Bowen Basin mine, valued at $30 million.
And NRW notches a three year drilling services agreement with an undisclosed mine in central Queensland mine, worth $28 million.
