The Australian-American Fulbright Commission is a not-for-profit organisation in Australia, established in 1949 under the auspices of the United States Educational Foundation (USEFA). The program was funded from US Government credits acquired in Australia from the sale of surplus war materials. The Commission runs one of the largest educational exchange programs in the world.
