Albasio La Pegna’s Zafferano restaurant in Crawley was one of the big winners at this year’s Gold Plate Awards. Zafferano and Voyager Estate in Margaret River gained the Prix D’Honneur Award, having previously won Gold Plate awards in the fine dining and tourist restaurant categories. Sorrento café White Salt won the prize of the night, the Premier’s Award
