MULTIPLEX and the City of Swan have signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly plan and develop community infrastructure in the Vale residential estate, in the Swan Valley.
The first single residential community project by Multiplex is anticipated to be home to about 12,000 residents by 2015.
Multiplex national manager of land Anthony Rowbottam said that given the community focus in a project this size, it was a natural step to work in partnership with the City of Swan to plan, fund and develop a range of community infrastructure services.
“The goal is to agree on the most appropriate infrastructure facilities and services,” Mr Rowbottam said.
