An entity controlled by Australian Aboriginal Mining Corporation executive director Fergus Campbell has bought a $2.45 million industrial property.

Palf Pty Ltd, which is wholly owned by Fergus George Campbell, has bought 12 Winchester Road from equipment supplier Westair International Pty Ltd.

The 1,150 square metre building on a 4,052sqm site includes office space, a workshop, and two warehouses.

Ray White Commercial WA’s Victor Aloi brokered the deal for the asset, which was offered as a vacant possession.

“The prime industrial hub of Bibra Lake is renowned as a prominent industrial precinct in Western Australia, attracting a diverse range of businesses from various sectors,” Mr Aloi said

“The property offers easy access benefits with excellent connectivity to major transport routes such as Stock Road, Spearwood Avenue and the Kwinana Freeway, allowing convenient access to Perth CBD and other key industrial areas.”

Mr Aloi added that the property had received strong interest from local and interstate buyers, due to the high demand for and low availability of industrial assets.

“This location facilitates seamless import and export activities, making it an attractive option for logistics and distribution businesses,” he said.
