JOAN McKenna Kerr has joined the board of non-profit organisation Westcare Inc.
Mrs McKenna Kerr has had numerous roles in the disability sector, including CEO of the Autism Association of WA, ACROD WA divisional committee member and national vice president of the Autism Council of Australia.
