The Western Australian branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia has elected Graham McHarrie of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as chairman of the WA Regional Council for 2003, and Ashok Desai of Hartleys as vice chairman.
Derek Parkin of the University of Notre Dame has been elected to the ICAA’s national board.
