Managing Performance Workshop

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia is running a workshop titled Managing Performance on Tuesday February 10, at the CCI Centre for Learning.

The workshop has been designed to help improve participants knowledge and ability to put into practice an effective employee performance management program, while helping them understand why performance management is a year round activity rather than a single appraisal each year.

Topics that will be covered during the workshop include why manage performance; setting performance standards; dealing with performance problems; giving effective feedback; and making sure your performance appraisal interviews run smoothly.
