PHIL Lockyer has been appointed as a non-executive director of Jubilee Mines NL.
Mr Lockyer is a qualified mining engineer with more than 40 years experience and was, most recently, acting chief operating officer for Sons of Gwalia.
He has also been an independent director of zinc producer Perilya since last November.
