Little World Beverages looks to east

Little World Beverages is looking to expand its operations in the eastern states.

The company currently brews beer at its Fremantle Brewery and at Healesville in Victoria.

In a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange Little World Beverages said, "Predicted long term brand growth supports the construction of a new brewery in the eastern states within the next few years."

"The Company is in the process of identifying possible sites and will undertake appropriate feasibility studies including addressing the funding requirements for the project," the statement said.

LWB is evaluating various alternatives to meet its future capacity requirements. The company currently produces Little Creatures beers at its Fremantle brewery and White Rabbit beers at its Healesville brewery in Victoria.

Predicted long term brand growth supports the construction of a new brewery in the eastern states within the next few years.
