Leederville Chiropractic Clinic’s practice on Newcastle Street is on the market, with selling agent Colliers International seeking $1.3 million for the property.
The consulting rooms are located at 19/663 Newcastle Street, near the Oxford Street café strip.
Colliers is seeking private tenders for the site, as a leased investment opportunity.
The property is owned by Nannook Holdings, a private company controlled by chiropractor Leslie Pereira.
“This property will also enjoy the benefits of the new Oxford Street Reserve development on the southern boundary of Leederville Village, which will include a children’s naturescape playground and extension of the public carpark,”Colliers International executive of metropolitan markets Aaron Antonas said.
