AMCOM has announced the resignation of its chief executive officer and managing director, Eddy Lee, to be replaced by chief operating officer, Clive Stein. Mr Lee will step down in August but will remain as a non-executive director with the company. Mr Stein has been a director of the company since 2000. Amcom has appointed Futuris Corporation managing director Les Wozniczka to the board, replacing Chris Ferguson, who will remain as an alternate director. David Hinton has been appointed chief financial officer and joint company secretary.
