Leading A Team Workshop

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia is holding a workshop titled Leading and Building a Team, on Thursday June 17 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Centre for Learning.

The workshop has been designed to provide managers and supervisors with the knowledge to build their understanding of human relationships with a view to understanding how teams develop and function, develop self-analytical skills for use in various leadership situations and adapt their management style to build stronger, more effective teams.

Topics that will be covered during the workshop include, why we behave the way we do; how to motivate; adapting your management style to suit the situation; how delegating builds teams; how teams are formed; team-building and problem-solving and analysing your own leadership style.
