PHILLIPS Fox commercial insurance group leader John Farquharson has been appointed president of the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand.
The association boasts more than 500 members from around the world and is made up of lawyers, judges, academics, major exporters, ship owners, insurers, brokers, surveyors and seafarers.
