PETER Langham has been elected chairman of the Institute of Factors and Discounters (IFD), the national body representing the debtor finance industry. Mr Langham, man-aging director of Benchmark Debtor Finance, is the first Western Australian chair of the IFD, whose membership includes major banks and specialist providers.
