Kings Minerals NL has raised $8 million in a private placement, opened in February this year, for the development of gold and base minerals projects.
The funds raised will be used to progress the development of the company's Mt Isa - Cloncurry project, the San Anton project in Mexico, and for working capital purposes.
The placement, managed by BBY Ltd, was for 21,052,630 shares at 38 cents each.
