KIMBERLEY Diamond Company NL has substantially strengthened its board by recruiting senior Rio Tinto executive Gordon Gilchrist as an executive director. The 62-year old Mr Gilchrist was the Perth-based managing director of Argyle Diamond Mines from 1993 to 2002 and most recently was managing director of Rio Tinto Diamonds, based in Antwerp, Belgium.
