Has taken up a seed capital stake in unlisted explorer Northern Star Resources Ltd ahead of its proposed IPO and ASX listing. Jubilee will subscribe for 9.375 million shares at an issue price of 8 cents per share and 9.375 million free options (exercisable at 25 cents) for a total investment of A$750,000.
