HARDMAN Resources Ltd received a friendly $1.47 billion takeover bid by Irish company, Tullow Oil on Monday. A partner in Hardman’s Ugandan oil project, Tullow offered $2.02 per Hardman share, which can be taken as cash or a mix of cash and scrip. Hardman shares closed 73 cents up at $2.04 following the news.
