Introduction to Management and Supervision
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA will hold workshops on July 1 and 2 introducing basic management skills for new managers and supervisors at CCI Training Solutions.
Topics covered include identifying the role of a new manager or supervisor, communicating effectively, recruiting new staff and induction processes, understanding industrial relations systems, implementing basic health and safety guidelines, understanding HR principles, task delegation and developing action plans.
