International Trade Breakfast Seminar

On Tuesday July 29, Feinauer and Associates Commercial Lawyers is holding a free breakfast seminar entitled Crossing International Waters – The Legal Mechanisms of the Sale of Goods to Overseas Countries, at their premises at Level 3, Parmelia House, 191 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

The seminar will examine the legal issues involved in conducting international trade with overseas partners and will focus on the legal mechanisms of selling goods in the international arena. Key issues that will be addressed include, deciding which law should govern the transaction; contemplating a Force Majeure; using the right Incoterms; considering customs regulations; and dispute resolution options.

The seminar will be presented by Feinauer and Associates, principal, Dirk Feinauer, who has extensive experience in negotiating and preparing contracts for Australian and overseas organisations, and enforcing judgement of contracts in overseas jurisdictions and obtaining mareva injunctions.
