Has entered into a Farm In and Joint Venture Agreement with Mines & Resources Australia Pty Ltd relating to the Company's 100% owned Mt Ida Gold Project whereby MRA will spend $7.5M over the next five years on gold exploration at the project to earn an interest of 51 percent of gold found there.
