On Friday May 14 the Australian Institute of Management in conjunction with the University of Western Australia’s Graduate School of Management Centre for Entrepreneurial Management, is conducting a seminar titled Innovation Management Within Your Organisation, at the UWA Graduate School of Management, Myers Street, Crawley.
The seminar has been designed for managers, owner-managers and research staff who are responsible for the commercialisation of new technologies or the development of new products and will cover the innovation management process and how this process can be improved.
Topics that will be covered during the seminar include, intellectual property, venture financing and technical product reviews, there will also be an examination of a live case study.
