THE Federal Government’s much anticipated workplace legislation is expected to be introduced next week. The new legislation will include changes using the constitution’s corporations power to create a national industrial relations system, overriding those in the states. A High Court challenge to the changes by the Labor state governments has been flagged as a possibility once they become law.
