CHURCHLANDS-BASED IBT Education Ltd has bought Adelaide-based adult migrant education provider LM Training Specialists Pty Ltd for $3 million. IBT is a leading private education group which started operations assisting overseas students meet the entry qualifications for Western Australian universities. It is now listed on the ASX and has a market capitalisation of $660 million. LM Training delivers the Adult Migrant English Program for recently arrived migrants and refugees in South Australia and also provides an English language, literacy and numeracy program for SA’s Department of Employment Science and Training.
