PROMINENT WA director Tony Howarth (pictured) has been appointed deputy chairman of Bank of Queensland. Mr Howarth, who was the former chairman of WA’s Home Building Society before BOQ’s takeover, replaces Tony Love, who is stepping down. Neil Summerson will take over as chairman after the long serving Neil Roberts announced his retirement.
