Boutique brewer Little World Beverages says it is in talks to transform surplus land adjacent to its Fremantle pub into a small hotel.
In a brief statement to the stock exchange this afternoon, the company said it was in early discussions with stakeholders with an aim of obtaining regulatory approvals for the surplus land.
"Any decision made will be subject to normal due diligence processes, regulatory approvals, and the approval of the Board of Little World Beverages," the company said.
Shares in Little World closed unchanged at $2.45 today.
