Parties in the Aguero case have agreed to a settlement in the matter. Hillcrest will be reimbursed with all of its funding costs in the matter (circa $275,000) as a result of the settlement. In addition, as its profit from the funding arrangement, Hillcrest will receive 2,400,000 shares in Gippsland Ltd
