FPDSavills commercial leasing division has identified Herdsman as a potentially expanding commercial office market. The Education Department and the Metabolism Centre have recently signed leasing deals in the area.
FPDSavills senior leasing negotiator John Caldwell said he believed the increase in leasing activity showed that demand for the area, in terms of commercial office space, was increasing.
The Giorgi Group, is also planning to develop 5,000sqm of strata office space in Herdsman.
