AUSTRALIAN Institute of Company Directors state president Fiona Harris and former senior manager of Western Mining Corporation Mike Donaldson have been appointed to the Territory Resources Ltd board. The appointments follow the resignation of David Humann who recently stepped down from the boards of Monarch Gold Mining Company Ltd and fellow Monarch creditor India Resources Ltd.
