Former Deacons partner and current Perth consultant John Groppoli was awarded the Contribution to Franchising Award last month, at the WA Franchise Council of Australia Awards. The award recognises a lifetime contribution to the franchising sector. During a legal career spanning twenty years, Mr Groppoli has earned an impressive reputation as an authority on franchising and franchising law. He is the chairman of the national franchise group, Termi-mesh and sits on the board of Retravision (WA). As a consultant to Deacons, he has retained several large franchisors among his long-term clients.
