Greenco signs JV with UAE company

Greenco Electrical & Communications Services has signed an international joint venture with United Arab Emirates based company Mega Planet Electromechanical to provide services across the gulf region.

Greenco general manager Graeme Green said the JV formalised an existing relationship.

He said it ensured a strong international workflow for the Booragoon based company and would pave the way for Greenco to extend its reach into other international markets.

"Over the past 46 years Greenco has clearly cemented its position as the leading electrical and communications contractor across a number of industry sectors in the Western Australian market," Mr Green said.

"Our capacity to continue to grow our Western Australian business and expand into new markets is based on our ability to deliver quality projects and value to our clients."

Based in Abu Dhabi, Mega Planet Electromechanical specialises in the execution of electrical, information, security, HVAC, plumbing, BMS, fire fighting and low current systems for the public, residential and commercial building sectors, oil and gas sector and government and defence agencies.

Greenco Electrical & Communication Services has entered an international joint venture partnership with UAE based company Mega Planet Electromechanical.

Under the joint venture agreement Greenco will provide electrical and low current system services to a wide range of projects based across the entire Gulf Region region.
