West Perth-based geothermal and mineral exploration company Green Rock Energy Ltd has raised $310,250 through a share placement, to be used for the company's working capital.
The placement, of over 4.4 million shares at 7 cents each, was with a number of major investors including 25 per cent shareholder Perilya Ltd.
Green Rock was assisted with the placement by RFC Corporate Finance.
