PREMIER Colin Barnett said he was thrilled with a federal government infrastructure package, which included $195 million for the Ord River Irrigation Scheme but had very limited contributions for other projects in Western Australia. The Ord funding was part of a $4.7 billion nation-building plan designed to help combat the effects of the global financial crisis.
