Fusia Limited has appointed Russell Scrimshaw as non-executive chairman; Richard Carey as managing director; Ramin Marzbani non-executive director and David Whitfield joint company secretary. David Steinepreis, Gary Steinepreis and Hugh Warner have resigned from the board of the company.
