FREEHILS has appointed Nick Heggart and Frank Poeta as partners in its Perth office, effective from July 1. Mr Heggart will work in the revenue practice, advising on income tax, GST, stamp duty, other tax issues and superannuation. Mr Poeta will be based in the projects practice, specialising in property transactions with particular expertise in strata developments and land sub-divisions.
