FREEDOM Furniture is acquiring the family-owned Guests Group that owns and operates 13 Guests and 5 Ander-sons furniture stores in WA, Victoria and Queensland.
The Guests Group, with an annual turn-over of about $65 million will be bought on July 1 for $22.4 million.
The funds will be raised through a part share issue of $16.2 million and borrowings of $6.2 million.
