Has completed a placement to institutional and other sophisticated investors to raise $1.15 million. Under the placement the Company will issue 4,600,000 fully paid ordinary shares at 25 cents per share, with an attaching one for four free option exercisable at 20 cents expiring on 31 January 2006 raising gross proceeds of $1,150,000.
