Announced the acquisition of the Ruth Well Nickel-Copper Deposit located 12 km north from the Radio Hill nickel processing operation. The total consideration for the purchase of the Ruth Well mining leases included $150,000 to be paid in cash to Titan Resources Ltd and 500,000 fully paid ordinary shares to Max Capital Pty Ltd at a deemed issue price of $0.40 per share.
