FORMER Federal Government Minister John Moore as been appointed patron of Knowledge Commercialisation Australasia.
KCA represents professionals who provide services in support of the commercialisation of intellectual property from public research organisations.
Prior to entering Federal politics, Mr Moore was a stockbroker and businessman who held several directorships.
He served as Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs in the early 1980s and later held a number of key opposition spokesman roles.
With the run of Liberal Government he was appointed Federal Minister for Industry, Science and Tourism.
