Former Griffith University faculty dean Anne McMurray has been appointed as the inaugural Peel Health Campus professor of nursing for Murdoch University. Professor McMurray also held the positions of professor of nursing and acting head, School of Pharmacy with Griffith. She has also acted as a primary health consultant to the World Health Organisation and the International Council for Nurses.
