INTRODUCING SpaceDrum from Pac-Com International, the best solution yet for economical transportation, handling and storage of flowable materials.
SpaceDrum combines the toughness and durability of conventional drums with the space-saving convenience and handling ease of a collapsible container.
It’s designed specifically for liquids or flowable solids and comes in a range of sizes. It won’t bulge, balloon or lose its shape and has a safe working load of 300kg with a 6:1 safety factor.
Supervised drop tests prove the SpaceDrum can take the knocks. The unique encapsulated stiffeners, UV stabilised material and heavy duty manufacture mean these drums can be handled just as roughly as conventional drums – all the time protecting the separate bag liner inside during transit.
The smaller drums can be stacked four high with four to a pallet and have an extra protective tie-up topliner. The larger drums can be stacked two high. The drums are currently suitable for non-hazardous goods and will soon be suitable for hazardous material with approved UN certificates.
The SpaceDrum can be completely customised to suit your needs. You can choose the size you require, the type of liner, the discharge method, the strap shape and size, the colour and you can even have your logo put on the side.
SpaceDrums are ideal for duffel style, spout or screw top discharge methods and cater for vacuum type packaging to seal in freshness.
And most importantly... when not in use, SpaceDrums take up less than 10 per cent of the storage space normally required to hose conventional drums. That’s valuable warehouse space you can put to better use.
