PETER McIver has returned to Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu’s Perth office after spending four years with the firm in Sydney.
Highly experienced in the technology sector, Mr McIver has worked as an audit partner with companies such as NorTel Networks, Mobile Innovations, Microsoft, 3Com and PanAmSat.
In Sydney he was responsible for assisting AAPT with its IPO and the growth of their business to $1.5 billion.Perth office managing partner Keith Jones said he was delighted to have Mr McIver return to WA and said his specialist skills in telecommunications and hi-tech industries would be beneficial to WA.
“His considerable corporate finance experience in relation to pre-acquisition due diligence, IPOs, and other capital raisings, will be welcomed,” he said.
