Lake Argyle Tourist Village
The WA Government has called for expressions of interest to redevelop the run-down Lake Argyle Tourist Village, 30 kilometres south of Kununurra.
The selected developer will be offered a 21-year lease, with a subsequent 21-year option on the 10 hectare site, which currently includes a 100-bay caravan park, a camping ground and 24 asbestos motel units.
