18-Jan-06 Has secured a 100% interest in the White Dam gold project through acquisition of the 40% joint venture interest held by partner Polymetals. Exco will pay Polymetals A$2 million for the acquisition of their 40% interest, with A$1 million paid now and A$1 million to be paid by 30 November 2006.
