Risk Management and the NewMetroRail Project Seminar

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry are holding a business breakfast on Thursday April 10, entitled Risk Allocation and Risk Sharing – Applying the Principles to the NewMetroRail Project, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Function Centre.

The breakfast and will feature NewMetroRail, city project director, Richard Mann, who will describe the development of a procurement strategy based on risk management. This special briefing will cover the project overview, principles of risk assessment and allocation, the methodology used for the project, application of risk management principles to this project and has been designed to appeal to contractors, suppliers to major infrastructure construction projects, engineers and project managers.
