Seasons Funerals managing partner Steve Erceg (left) has bought out the business following the retirement of James McIntyre.
The partnership began in 1990 as Erceg and McIntyre and was renamed Seasons Funerals in 1998.
Mr Erceg is now looking to grow the company to meet anticipated demand over the next 20 years.
